Cancellation Policy We value your appointment time and reserve it exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and maintain scheduling availability, the following cancellation policy strictly applies to all appointments, packages, and memberships. 48-Hour Cancellation Requirement Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice may reschedule or cancel without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount. Membership Appointments Membership session credits are reserved specifically for the member each billing cycle. If a member cancels or reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice, the appointment credit will be considered redeemed and forfeited. Missed appointments, same-day cancellations, and no-shows result in automatic loss of the session credit. Forfeited credits will not be refunded, reinstated, rolled over, or transferred. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Full service pricing still applies. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book and hold all appointments. By booking an appointment, you authorize charges in accordance with this cancellation policy.
